Great pub selling real, caak beer (as well as wine and spirits). Great and fairly large garden/court yard area for outside drinking. Rather hidden away, which is part of the charm of course.

Very compact pub but has a large outdoor area. Lots of flags from all the services, army air force, navy and Royal Marines. Really good to see some made of our armed forces

Best pub in Bristol. Great atmosphere. Proper pub. Excellent staff and a great selectin of beers and ciders!

Lone Scot in town seeks pub serving proper beer. Described as a bit of a dive but good by the locals I was meeting with, I couldn't agree more. A good & proper English pub with St George flags aplenty, and a nice selection of real ales and cider, served up by friendly staff. What's not to like.
