On a one night stay, company booked for me and after only being here an hour I'm very impressed. Great rooms with everything you need(even a choc on the bed).very friendly helpful staff and a great restaurant. After a stressful journey I'm now very chilled and looking forward to a shower and putting on the robe and slippers :)

Parking is free in Cabot Circus (a safe and well lit car park in comparison to others in the area) and the breakfast is good value (cooked breakfast, fruit, cereal, pastries).
Rooms are quite big and cleaned daily.
Perfectly located for easy access to the city centre and Cabot Circus.

Great location - very central with many shops/restaurants nearby. My room was spacious and clean with a huge bed. There was plenty of storage space and I appreciated the air con, especially when the bedding was so cosy. Stayed for 2 nights and had breakfast on both mornings - a good selection of cooked and continental breakfast items. Vegetarian sausages were available on request.

Stayed for one night with my 10mth old son while my daughter was in the hospital with my wife. The free parking saved us a lot of money over our stay and the room was good value. A very large comfortable bed was useful after my son refused to sleep in his cot. Nice large room, bathroom was of a good standard with a large shower unit. The staff were helpful, especially when it came to cancelling a second night after the early discharge of my daughter - no quibbles as it was before 1400.
My only negative is that one light switch controls all the lights, so I needed my phone's torch to move around after my son's bedtime.

Future Inns location is perfect for city centre exploration since it is directly linked to Cabot Circus carpark - immediately off the end of the M32 almost. Plus, you get free parking with your stay, it's amazing value. Our room was spacious and well kept, with nothing broken or dirty that I noticed. - and even with the city centre location on a Friday night, the place was remarkably quiet too. And the service we received at both check-in and check-out was exemplary, fast, effective service whilst remaining friendly. I've no poor criticisms for the staff what so ever.
