amazing food for the breakfast. excellent service. tasty food. a bit expensive ( 2 dishis , salted caramel chocolate balls, coffee and orange juce for £27 ) but it deserve.

Amazing experience at Bill's Brighton yesterday lunchtime. We were a big group but the friendly staff were very accommodating. We were greeted at the door by a really friendly male member of staff. We were served by a waitress called Ola who gave us just the right amount of time to order. She was really friendly and helpful. The food was brilliant and throughout the meal we felt that we were really looked after. Extra water was brought to the table without us having to ask and it is little touches like this that make a difference. We have been to other Bill's but think the staff at Brighton are really doing it right! Will be back again.

Great service - even for our party of 35! Emailed them a few days before with our pre-orders and there were no problems, even when a couple of people couldn't make it. Had the upstairs seating area to ourselves and about 3-4 waiters. Lovely food and a broad variety on the menu so pretty much everyone had something different.

Gorgeous restaurant. I loved the pieces across the wall, and general asthetic of the establishment.

Waiter was very friendly, if just a tad slower than would've been liked.

Breakfast was very nice, from the granola, pancakes, to Bill's breakfast. I can't fault it. I also loved the size of the tea pots! Easily four cups out of it, although not enough milk.

Waiter was also slow at providing the bill.

I really like Bill's. They have a tremendous selection of food and drink, the staff are nice and attentive too.

Today, however, a completely different experience. The place was busy, which is great I love a bit of bustle and atmosphere! and there were 5 of us in the group, but it took painfully long (30m+) to get served today in an acceptable amount of time.
I am holding myself back from asking disingenuous questions or giving advice that clearly is a dig, however this place really shouldn't be able to hold that amount of people if the kitchen can't support it.
We were showing a colleague round Brighton and thought an hour would be enough for a spot of lunch, but all that's happened here is we won't be coming back, that's how painful it was.

Food amazing, service needs serious work!
