Used twice. First order was completely wrong and they admitted it but never arrived with the correct food. Tried them again and received food i wouldn't give my dog. Yet again wasn't even what we ordered but then 1 hour and50 minutes later arrived with some different food we had ordered
Obviously refused it and the delivery guy though it was funny.

Signed up for an account. Site was NOT secure (HTTPS).

Tried to place an order 3 times. Each time it failed. Also, there was nowhere to type the coupon code for the discount.

Installed their app and signed in. When I entered the coupon code, I was told it did not exist.

I've spent more time trying to order than I would have spent eating. They can consider me a lost customer. Would not bother going back.

Only been once and good was not very good. Fish was burnt and chips were raw.
