my wife purchased a 'one hour massage' from groupon as part of my xmas gift, and I have just redeemed it.... not a great experience Im afraid to say.
booked for 4pm, I sat and waited in the small spa office for nearly 20 minutes before the lady arrived. Not a heartfelt apology, in fact not much of an apology at-all. Although she did state at this point that 'don't worry, I will give you the full hour' (oh really, thanks for that, considering it wasn't me who was late I would expect no less!!)
on to the massage itself - one word, average....
and the best (or worst) bit... at 4.55 that was it, all over and time to leave.
so the 'one hour' massage turned out to actually be about 35 minutes.
Avoid.
