We've stayed here four years in a row the staff are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and offer space when traveling with small children which is not available in other hotels.

Fantastic central location. Rooms are very spacious and clean with differing sizes. The entrance isn't obvious if arriving on foot. A few pals advised that the car park is very expensive. Although no restaurant is included the are plenty of local excellent value bars and cafes providing breakfast options.

Nice large apartment, fully furnished with all the necessities, modern. Cleaning only once a week and I had to ask... Not the best service. Watch out do not choose a room on the side of the clubs, loud music all night, price to pay for good location, choose on side of street it is much quieter.

The receptionists are extremely kind and always ready to help you during your stay. Rooms are good-looking and functional. There is everything you need in order to have a good experience. WiFi is sometime slow but generally speaking is ok.

Not Luxurious but that's what you need
We stayed there work like 5 night, the place is more like an apartment, ours had 2 bedrooms, one restroom and a main space where there is a small kitchenette with a dining table and couches (tv) with a door to a small outdoor balcony.
The tv is limited, almost with no channels, the kitchen includes the basic needs, there's all needed home appliances in the apartment.
I don't know if there is a restaurant at the hotel but there are plenty of places in the area which are very close, from restaurants to bars to nightclubs in less than a minute walking.
Rooms are cleaned every day and the receptionists on the entrance are available 24/7 and they are extremely helpful.
It's a 5 minutes walking to Birmingham New Street Station which is very convenient.
Other than that, nothing to complain, if i needed to go to Birmingham again I would stay there for sure.
