Fantastic staff, always happy to help. Great location. Honestly couldn't ask for a better time. Staff Member Hannah was amazing.

Nice hotel. Really comfy bed. Clean and tidy room. Great bathroom. And really nice shower. Bit noisy outside so would recommend keeping the windows closed but can get a bit warm

First impressions, as far as a travel lodge goes it's ok. Very handy for the Bullring, Rag Market and China Town. The Hippodrome is only a couple of minutes walk away. Rooms are reasonable, no wardrobe just hangars under a shelf and no drawers which I find slightly irritating. Bathroom is compact, shower, no bath and no shelf in the shower for your shampoo, conditioner etc. Small desk with a kettle and a lamp, although I've yet to work out how the light is operated as the in-line switch doesn't turn it on. Reasonable room for city centre location not far from New Street station.

A very good place to stay when visiting the main shopping & eating hub of Birmingham.
It is clean, comfy & although rather more compact as rooms go, it is nevertheless very reasonable on the whole.
With the Bull Ring shopping centre a mere 5-10 minute walk away & the various eateriesthat are littered around it too, you can literally shop, eat & drink till you drop, and then crawl the few hundred or so yards back to the hotel.
Would have given 5* had the occupants in the opposite room not been smoking (in a non-smoking hotel).

avoid the first floor due to late night car's doing donuts and beeping in the gravel car park next to the hotel. Both nights had numbers of people either playing music in their cars, stood around and on the first night of our stay someone was doing handbrake turns, beeping their horn constantly and shouting. ridiculous at 4am. Staff were all really lovely and helpful and the food/bar area was nice. They also had trouble with non-residents breaking in the front and had to shut the bar for residents, despite being advertised as 24hr. good location but won't be going back
