I buy and sell hotels, this hotel was built on the cheap so expect a noisy stay with doors slamming etc. Decide done on the cheap, main problems they will block vast amounts on your card!!! Be warned!!! A two night stay 390.00 block and they have been paid for the room = over 600.00 block. Staff rude, Very badly trained and no help what so ever. Checked out after one night and refunded for second night but still had to wait days before 390 dropped off! Another business client was complaining at the same time who worked for BMW stating he would not use again! Nothing good to say about this hotel avoid at all costs!

Really nice room and location. Bar/restaurant is pricey but weekend deal on breakfast (2for1) makes it OK at around £18ish. Expect to pay top dollar for the bar and evening meals however the hotel is located within the Cube complex so plenty of choice within a couple of minutes walk including chain and local independent restaurants.
Overall a great stay which Mrs C and I really enjoyed.

Love this hotel. We have stayed here a few times, the service is always excellent, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, and the location can't be beat. The only tiny quibble is that their bathroom doors and trim need a fresh coat of paint ;)

Once you get over the fact that hotels seem to have gone up so much in price (£169 Inc breakfast!), this is a fantastic place to stay. Great attention to detail, wonderful views, free glass of prosecco in bar at the top. Spa is ok, but seemed a bit run down in places. One Sauna was shut, the other had no lights.
Staff were very helpful. Great as a treat. Lots of stuff going on in the area.
