I have to say a waste off £24 chips were hard chewy requested salt and vinegar and they hadn't put any on the chips burgers were awful won't be getting from there again

Vile!! Ordered a chicken burger and chip with curry the chicken burger had a blonde hair on the bottom bap in among the mayo and lettuce!!! The curry wasnt even made properly came all lumpy with no taste waited over 1 hr for that was totally disgusted with the order straight in the bin. Wont be ordering again lost a customer.

Dreadful!
Had a 1.5Hr wait. The offerings that arrived were cold, fish was mushy, chips were mostly tiny bits n pieces. They brought full fat coke instead of the water we ordered. At the time of ordering, I asked how much it would be and was told that they were too busy. I did say,"not too busy to take my order but too busy to tell me how much it is" which was met with a tut and a reply of, "it'll take a few minutes okay?"
I replied, " no problem" and was told that my order was £15.30 for a chicken fillet
Burger meal and a cod supper.
What we received was poor and had to be heated in the oven. I did phone the shop to request that they let Jordan/Aldo know that after 7 years they've lost a customer! Disgusted with what we received in terms of food and customer service. I don't mind waiting for good quality food and service but this was well below par.
