It's right next to Aberdeen campus and just a walk down king street to Hillhead student village. Mary is a gem and her Malaysian breakfast is delicious! Highly recommend this place

Mary is the sweetest, kindest proprietor you can hope for. I've felt at home ever done upon my arrival. You cannot go wrong staying with her and it is adjacent to Kings College and only a 25 minute walk to city centre.

New owner, Mary Lee. We stayed here as a family for the Aberdeen Youth festival. Very close to the University which was convenient. Mary was super helpful and very nice and let us eat breakfast late as we were jetlagged. She's a cook too. We asked for a Malaysian breakfast on our second day instead of the standard English breakfast and it was great.

A high end B&B in its appearance from outside and in its high ceiling, traditionally decorated lounge inside, the best one I've ever stayed so far. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful to direct me to the local amenities. We stayed in a family room for a family of three. The room was clean and tidy with all the necessory facilities. The breakfast was a special treat and tailor-made to our taste. It was a great stay for my family. I really recommend it.
