Yes we went for lunch and it was great, food and drink. Staff were very attentive and cheerful. We were lucky to get in before the rush and it's advisable on a Saturday to book. We had a burger, butternut squash hummus and a bottle of wine followed by coffee. Very reasonable.

Nice atmosphere, the staff were lovely, though the service was slow. Food wasn't so good in my view, and I noticed other members of my party moaned a bit about the food and the slow service. Maybe they need more staff on? Toilet was clean.

Booked at short notice on a Saturday night and arrived shortly after a large group. The staff anticipated a delay and brought us complimentary olives which was a nice touch, and our mains arrived before the olives were finished. We both had a main course and a dessert. Interesting combinations without being really whacky, and all delicious. We're not regular visitors to Aberdeen but if we do go back we'll definitely look this place up again. Thoroughly recommended.
