ตะวันแดง (TaWanDeng) The name of the club.
I think it may be related to BKK German beer house TaWanDeng at Rama III (opinion only).
Place is a Thai style night club with best live entertainment in Chiang Rai. If you love Thai song like me. Then this is the right place. Disco & Hip Hop stuff are too much noise for me.
This is a huge place between Restaurant and Night club. Open late night till late morning. Serving good Thai food ( not sure about Farang food), German style deep fried poke leg and lot of brew....you name it. The food is very good for me.
Entertainer superstar like Lebanon, Da Endophine performed here regularly. Mostly Thai song are play and the customer joint in. Very entertaining that is for me. Bring your Thai gal friends and their family here they will surely enjoy.
When the club first open, I came with my bar owner friend and her friends, 4 person with 3 dishes including 6 large bottle (1 litter) of Carlsberg beer, including entrance fee of 1600 THB. Total bill 2200 THB including reservation & Da Endorphine live.
The price is OK, In BKK will cost you few thousand THB.
