客服中心服務不佳，一定要等他們十點上班後才能代送客人寄放的東西到房間。那又何需設服務中心呢！何所謂的服務呢！

氣氛不錯，安靜，可與朋友約在這裡聊天吃飯，沒有用餐時間限制的壓力，坐位也很舒服，重要的是，食物好吃味道好!

Expensive for Taiwan standards but it is in the Sheraton!
It'll cost at least NTD 600/person to have a meal here. However, it's also a good place to just grab a coffee or drinks if you need to meet someone. Good place to bring clients for a business meeting or lunch.
The Hainanese chicken rice, Taiwanese beef noodles and red wine with beef and rice are all delicious. The meal comes nicely plated and the service is of a good hotel's standards.
The ambiance is really relaxing, not too noisy and laid back. It definitely feels like a lounge/cafe.
However, since you're in Taipei there's a lot more other options outside of the Sheraton hotel that are cheaper and just as yummy.
