Waitress was helpful although looking busy all the time. The steak was wrongly cooked well done but the waitress helped to change for a new one which was nicely cooked medium rare. Risotto tastes good as well. Definitely a recommended restaurant to have fine dining alongside the lovely Luzern River.

Most dishonest people!
Last week, we had lunch at this restaurant and when we left going back to my car, I realized that my car key was missing. So, I went back to the restaurant and asked the waiter if they found my car key. The waiter and another waitress said that they did not find anything but they offered to look under the table where we were sitting. By that time, there were other people sitting at the table and they were also helpful in terms of looking under their seats but the key was nowhere to be found. We searched and searched inside and outside the restaurant between where we parked the car in the restaurant location about five times but we didn't find anything. I was in such distress because we had been on a visit from Germany and my friends had to catch a flight from Munich airport that night.
I decided to go back to the restaurant and look again but this time I wanted to offer money for my key because I had a feeling that the key was in fact in the restaurant. So when I spoke to the manager, I said I would pay €100 if they found me my key. Sure enough, without any delay the manager said "is this it" as soon as he heard me say €100.

Good pizza, attentive staff who spoke great english. Bit pricy but overall very good.

Good food, nice ambience by the Lucerne River. Watch the crowd passes by with Italian cuisine. Could have given it 4 stars if not for the unfriendly waiter. What a pity...

Good Pasta and great place to eat when you are in the old town of Luzern. You can sit by the lake. Great view.
