Was 5 stars two years ago but this latest experience had me soured due to a few things. It's mothers day, the management have not planned for this: no staff to greet at door, no table service and the wait for the food is 30 minutes (the place isn't even a quarter full).
They advertise kids variants on the website but when we arrive... we're told the website is out of date and they won't even consider making chicken nuggets into a child portion/price. Not only this, but it's only 1pm and they've run out of nuggets. C'mon, chicken 'kid favorite' nuggets? Very unprofessional and customer unhelpful. Seriously in need of a desperate update on their information!
Place needed some aesthetic attention 2 years ago, still looking scruffy on the upholstery and dusting is required on the models placed around the establishment.
Steak seems to have been removed from the menu. That's never a good sign. Awaiting food... 20 mins to go. Will edit once the nosh is destroyed.
Shame, 'mushy peas' turned out to be garden peas and then smooshed once with a fork. Fish lacked flavour (so, possibly store bought frozen) and the batter, though okay, had been left in the oil too long and not drained very well. Chips - chewy though flavored alright. The sauce was tasty though, decent replacement for tartar. Staff all look tired and stressed, huffing and puffing and generally looking grey and ill. Quality of food is "ok" but we make better at home. It's like we've gone to a friends house for dinner...and paid for it. 😂

Took an order and payment for an order they couldn't fulfill.
Choose a replacement instead which came without any sauce as we noticed when we got home.
Also didn't get the dip I ordered for my fries.
The food in all was underwhelming and not worth the price.
The milkshake was good tho.

Rockabilly atmosphere, great burgers, unusual to come across places like this in Sweden. Only thing that would make this a better place is table service and girls/boys on rollerskates taking the orders. 4.5 Stars
