Malisimo, la cocina es patetica.
Todo está malo.
Si quieres un Japones de Buffet en Valencia ve a Fui o incluso Samurai. Le dan 1000 vueltas.

Ayer llamé para reservar mesa y expliqué que llegaríamos a las tres y media. Pregunté si no era demasiado tarde y me aseguraron que no había ningún problema.
Al llegar, puntuales, ya mostraron prisas y disgusto. A la media hora de haber llegado, con la comida recién servida, empezaron a pedirnos que nos apresurásemos, que tenían que cerrar el local (se supone que no cierra a medio día) a pesar de que había más gente comiendo allí. Siguieron insistiendo y nos fuimos sin postre ni café.
No me lo explico. Si el horario no les iba bien sólo tenían que decirlo y hubiésemos ido a otro sitio. Para eso llamé.

Service was unfriendly and not helpful! Sushi rice contained too much rice vinegar, dominating the overall flavour of the sushi. The sashimi was still half frozen and without flavour. Will not go back there

Alright but no need to go back. For Spain it's just average for sushi, which doesn't say much.
