El trato fue exquisito y la comida dentro de la tendencia actual de combinar sabores, respectaba mucho la materia prima.
Y lo mejor de todo es que lo he recomendado 3 veces a diferentes reuniones y siempre me ha dejado en buen lugar

Wow. Just absolutely fantastic. This is truly a hidden gem, but well worth the search. The antelope burger was hands down the best burger I've had in Europe and one of the better ones in my life -- the meat was perfectly cooked and was sandwiched between what I can only guess was in-house baked bread. The kangaroo steak was also perfectly cooked. Honestly, I would have preferred the taste of a beef steak, as kangaroo tastes like beef that is missing some flavor component, but it was fantastic nonetheless. The caramelized goat cheese was drizzled with thick, syrupy balsamic vinegar.

I wish that we hadn't had an early afternoon snack, as I would have loved to have eaten more. Everything that we saw coming out of the kitchen looked fantastic.

They also served Cruzcampo Gran Reserva, which was the best beer that I had in Spain. It won the award for World's Best Strong Lager at the 2009 WBAs. Although Cruzcampo is a local brewery, Gran Reserva is not commonly found at bars in the city.

One comment: it seems that the restaurant can take a long and unpredictable siesta. Two of our friends unsuccessfully tried to eat there one night, unwittingly coming during their posted siesta hours and then returning after (according to the posted hours) they should have already reopened.

What a wonderful find! The wine selection is wide and interesting. And the tapas... I love eggplant with honey. The version at Lumbreras adds mozzerella and apples, using chestnut honey. It's fabulous!
