The service was horrible, and after waiting for a table on a cold night, we asked for a heater since all other tables had them. The waiter was very rude and told us we couldn’t have one since we didn’t order enough food and drinks. After asking to speak to the manager, the waiter ignored me and I had to ask another time to speak with his manager.
The manager told us that we weren’t actually dining there since we hadn’t ordered a full meal and that was why other tables were getting heaters and we weren’t. After I explained I was very cold and that I shouldn’t be treated like a second class citizen because of the amount of money I was paying relative to other customers, he then offered to get a heater for me. I don’t think I should have to explain that I’m human and deserve equal treatment just to get a little heat on a cold night.
I do not recommend this place even though the view was great — an unfortunate combination.

Spectacular views over Plaza Santa Ana and all of Madrid from here. Drinks a bit expensive but that's to be expected. Bar staff very friendly and willing to chat even if they're busy.

Nice terrace with a nice view, lot of potential given the location. If the service were slightly more professional and prices more affordable It would have been top.

Terrible queuing system for access to the bar. I expect to wait to get into a popular place so joined up and quickly worked out it was a one in, one out system. The only problem being a group of 15 friends in front of us kept growing in number as we were moving forward. Maybe queue jumping isn't an issue in Spain but when that number increased to over 40 it meant that the queue stagnated whilst they waited to have a big enough space rather than coming down the queue to see if there were any couples/smaller groups who had actually queued up to get in rather than arrive and see they're friends at the front. Queued for over 45 minutes and didn't get in, would avoid visiting at weekends!

Trendy bar with very good views and chilled out atmosphere. Quite pricey but very good cocktails. Ideal if you want to get dressed up.
