Lovely size rooms, very quiet despite location. Lovely views of Congress from the room. Bit dated in the rooms themselves however this didn't bother us at all. Lovely hotel.

Love the hotel. Great service. Rooms are spacious! Only a couple downsides: bed is a bit small and the AC didn't work (they sent someone but by then it fixed itself, but the next day started to make noise). It does not get as cold as we would like it. Otherwise everything perfect. Beautiful view, great location. We had drinks and tapas and everything was good.

Stayed here from 7/14 to 7/19/17. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was extremely good. Service was professional and outstanding, extremely friendly and helpful. Also a great location.

It's beautiful but the suites are on the small side. I love the mosaics everywhere. Also, the two floor design is awkward, especially with the staircase being so close to the bathroom entrance. One small misstep out the bathroom door, and you're the next lawsuit plaintiff. Otherwise, very comfortable hotel. The location is top notch, right next door to the Spanish Congress building and walking distance from all the best tourist attractions. Plus, the hotel bar is great too.

Courteous, friendly staff. Beautiful appointments, but the rooms are rather tight. They're certainly not for large sized humans like me. Otherwise, it's fabulous. You couldn't ask for a better location in Madrid. You're a 15 minute walk from just about everything you'd want to see.
