Really friendly staff and a low key vibe. It's a bit of a walk into the center of town but pleasant enough stroll.

Not worth the 4 stars. Very old rooms (except for the new bathroom), extremely bad/not working wifi, mediocre breakfast.. Would look for another hotel..

-I will write in 3 languages (English, Spanish, Italian) so everyone can understand that they haven't go in this hotel.
-Scriverò in 3 lingue (inglese, spagnolo, italiano) così tutti possono capire che non devono andare in questo hotel.
-Escribiré en 3 lenguas (inglesas, italiano, español) así todos pueden entender que no tienen que ir a este hotel.
-ENGLISH: I have been shocked from the bad quality of this hotel. I have booked in a hotel 4 stars because I looked for the conveniences, the comforts and reception of the personnel worthy of a hotel 4 stars. 3 rooms have been introduced me by the employee to the reception, one worse of the other: dwarfish, dirty, in a room there was a foul smell of unbearable smoke, the windows of these rooms "of hotel to 4 stars" they gave all on a wall or on a sort of cavedio, completely dark and for the very small dimensions, suffocating; the punctured curtains, the bedspread punctured and dirty, the mold in bath,the Wi-Fi didn't work, old and neglected furnishings, the window in the 1st floor was broke and it couldn't close... If you want do good dreams, go in another place.
-ITALIANO: Sono rimasto sconcertato dalla pessima qualità di questo hotel. Ho prenotato in un hotel 4 stelle perché cercavo le comodità, i comfort e accoglienza del personale degno di un hotel 4 stelle. Mi sono state presentate 3 camere dall'addetto alla reception, una peggio dell'altra: piccolissime, sporche, in una stanza c'era una puzza di fumo insopportabile, le finestre di queste stanze "di hotel a 4 stelle" davano tutte su un muro o su una sorta di cavedio, di conseguenza completamente buie e date le dimensioni ridottissime, soffocanti; le tende bucate, i copriletto bucati e sucidi, la muffa in bagno,i letti scomodi, il WiFi andava malissimo, la finestra della camera al primo piano era rotta e non si poteva chiudere... Insomma potrei continuare per altrettante righe ma credo di aver reso l'idea... Non voglio che questa situazione possa ripresentarsi a qualcun altro che arriva stanco alla sera "in un hotel a 4 stelle" ed é costretto a dormire in uno sgabuzzino. Se volete fare un discreto soggiorno e non ritrovarvi qua a scrivere arrabbiati e delusi come sto facendo io fidatevi, lasciate perdere questo hotel.

He reservado en un hotel 4 estrellas porque busqué las comodidades, el confort y por el personal digno de un hotel 4 estrellas. 3 habitaciones han sido enseñadas por el empleado a la recepción, cada una peor que la otra: pequeñísimas, sucias, en una habitación hubo una peste a humo insoportable, las ventanas de estas habitaciones "de hotel a 4 estrellas" tenían vistas a un muro, por consiguiente completamente oscuras y dais las dimensiones reducidas, sofocantes; las cortinas rasgadas, la colcha pinchada y sucia, el moho en baño, las paredes dañanadas,las camas incómodas, el WiFi no funcionaba correctamente, la ventana de la habitación al primer plan fue rota y no se cerró...todavía podría continuar por muchas más pero creo que habían compreso como es esto hotel. No quiero que esta situación pueda pasarle a alguien más que llega cansado por la tarde y en un "hotel a 4 estrellas" sea obligado a dormir en un trastero.
