Extremely small. The bathroom is just a bit smaller than the room. My mini kitchen is bigger than this

Too noisy. I could hear anything from other rooms; people talking, walking, running water (shower, toilet, etc), hairdryer, doors... managed to sleep only 4-5 hours..
