I was supposed to perform at Gurú (Carrer Nou de la Rambla, 22) TOMORROW, 14.07.2010, and after preparing 23 songs with the guitar players, TODAY the PR of the place, called Dafne, says she changed her mind about organising performances in the venue and there are no gigs anymore. Very professional. We got ready for the job and she 'changed her mind' about it. What should us, as professional musicians, do about it? Ask for some respect from the stuff at least, and make sure this doesn't happen anymore. My dad is at the hospital and I spent some days rehearsing instead of visiting him. Venues should respect not only its customers but people they hire to make the place attractive. Amanda.
