Stay away from this hospital, actually not sure if I can call it a hospital. You will notice laziness and careless from your first visit. Safe your money and give it to a better hospital.

Lazy receptionists at Ear, Nose and Throat section with poor attitude and hospitality, female receptionist did not inform me that there are a lot of pre-reserved appointments and I will not be able to enter until everyone's done. Even the Throat doctor lied to me when I asked after long waiting time (2 hrs) when will be my turn, he said it will be in a minute but continued to receive other patients carelessly, then I decided to cancel the check up and requested refund. Actually, even refund was a very bad experience, where I had to run from person to person (it took 1 hr) to complete refund process. More than 3 hrs of my time waisted in this hospital. Very disappointed.

Nice and small hospital. Dr. Nabil and Dr. Tayseer are the best for pediatric.
