This is a good place! It has many shops. Also it's where African Leadership University resides.

A true testimony to how committed Rwandans are to moving forward. The complex is host to top end shops, banks and bureaux de changes. The upper floors of the building have offices. Beautiful building and good quality shops and services.

This place has variety of services that is Banks, Restaurants& bars, stores for cloths and many other fabulous items that you may need without leaving the place. This saves my time and money anytime I go there. I recommend you guys go and check out at Kigali Heights....
