Used to be a nice place with good food and good staff but they changed for the worst. We tried to book a room for an event but even initially they said yes, they did not send any offer and after several talks we were declined because of the number of people which was not an issue in the beginning. Poor experience overall.

The staff has 0 english skills. They serve the food separately at a big table which is a big no-no. At the time of my visit they ran out of almost 30% of the menu and it took someone 40 minutes to write down a simple bill. The music is also very annoying (repetitive and brainwashy house music).
Overall the food is great and the place looks nice and neat but the customer service is awful.

Sunny sunday lunch time!
15 minutes waiting for the waiter to say Hello
15 more minutes to bring the drinks
We were to hungry to wait 1 more hour and we left.

OK food but on the last two visits the service was incredibly slow even though the venue wasn't crowded at all.
