Smelly towels, pillows and sheet. Cockroaches in the room. Very poor breakfast.

lovely hotel but room with a sea view we dodnt get one unless you lean over the balcony. good location for shops and a few restaurants. if it's a beach you want there isn't one in the whole of Madeira

Cheap, cheerfull. Dated but well located and clean.
Staff friendly, especially our maid on floor 8

Very large rooms, niece views from balconies and delicious breakfasts. Yes, it's dated but still nice. They have extremely useful mobile internet offer. I really like the location of it. A lot of shops in this area. And another advantage of florasol hotel are kitchens in the rooms. I find it very useful.

Hotel staff very helpful. Rooms large but basic. No AC so found it very warm. View on 12thfloor awesome.
