Rooms large and clean views spectacular from upper floored rooms, got some detailing spot on dropped 1.5 stars coz mattress was just awful cheap old fashioned coil sprung mattress which was really only suitable for kids or very petite people. also dropped half star for food which was done on the cheap, but was expensive. Didnt bother me too much ate out all but twice.
Back to the good stuff recently renovated rooms with real attention to details on the cleaning, ie sealed bag around cutlery after being disinfected from previous guest.
If not for the matrresses almost perfect. I know mattresses are subjective but I have worked in the furniture business along time and these were not too hard or soft just really cheap kids mattresses,
Handy having the forum shopping centre acroos the road for picking up things in the supermarket. Fantastic walk from hotel along promenade through tunnel to camara de lobos which is about 6k each way.
40mins walk imto city centre or if you are feeling lazy bus stop and taxi rank within 100metres of the gate.
Bus 1.90 and taxi approx 10 euro
Wi-fi decent patchy at times but had a lot worse. Plus was not working first 2 days. from friday night to Sunday morning.

Nice pool, friendly staff and well cleaned rooms. A bit noisy sometimes. Large mall across the street and car rental, you can park at the hotel.

Glad we picked this hotel, the staff have been brilliant, courteous and always helpful. Great location and fantastic views. Will gladly come back.

The hotel is good located, good parking, the pool open at 10.30 a.m and close at 5.45 p.m.
and the pool & Jacuzzi are always full! No chance to enjoy it!
And the guests don't take a shower before get in the pool or jacuzzi even if there is a sign with the indications.
