The place looks rundown but I love the graffiti and food places. You must enter and look around to find places with hidden gem food options.
You'll hate the restroom. Hold your breath and say Ahhhh!

The collective has two target markets: hipsters and college kids. Both are not necessarily mutually exclusive. The place is a hollowed out warehouse in the San Antonio district of Makati. It's close enough to the CBD to be a place for the yuppies to hang out and buy some cheap booze so it garners some diversity in terms of crowd from that market. It's also within the proximity of the well-to-dos living in Makati who want their "artisinal" products which has allowed it to sustain itself.
Aside from the specialized shops which has dwindled in number in the past few years, there's really nothing much to see or do here. Go here to eat reasonably priced food and share some reasonably priced (for Makati) booze, and occasionally hear a live band play.
