You can get guilt-free comfort food from Ha Yuan. Order the fresh lumpia, chicken mami, and broccoli flower with garlic. I also like requesting for a glass of ice so I can turn the house tea into iced tea--perfect for Manila's hot weather.

Fresh lumpia, dimsum and noodles.. Thing is they run out of everything. Availability is not consistent. Even canned soda! Somebody wake up the manager.
