Kinda disappointed that I came to Lima mainly for this to get a hard rock pin and they didn't have it.. every hard rock I go also speaks English and not here.. waste of time for me in the end..

The food was good. We went there to get t-shirts but were disappointed that they did not have anything in size large.

I love collecting HRC t-shirts from where ever we visit, so I was excited that Lima had a location. We were staying in the Miraflores area and took a 20 minute Uber ride out special.
The HRC is located inside of the Jockey Plaza, a fairly large mall far away from any tourist areas. The Rock Shop is to the side of the main restaurant. We head in and find a minimal amount of tshirts to choose from. I was neatly looking through some hanging and folded tshirts when Jemeli approached me forcefully saying something in Spanish, pointing at the shirts. I thought she was asking if I needed help, but my spouse who knows a little bit of Spanish came over and translated that she didn't want me to touch the shirts. Excuse me? How am I supposed to buy a tshirt without touching them? All the sizes on display were extra small. I asked for a medium or large, no dice. She wouldn't even check the back stock. She was so rude and obnoxious that two other customers in there walked out.
OVERALL:
Avoid this out of the way Cafe and Rock Shop. Save your time and hard-earned money elsewhere.

I was amazed by how good this was. Food was pretty good, ambient was great and fun, cocktails were surprisingly excellent! Real good place to go for a chill night out!

My wife and I only stayed for a couple of drinks, as it was too early to eat. Barman very friendly and polite, and he ended up having talk with us.
Great service, good drink. I asked why have egg whites in a bar, and he explained about the typical Peruvian drink, pisco sour. We both had one and enjoyed very much. Other drinks good too.
We bought some merchandise as usual.
Not that easy to find and taxi drivers not familiar with HRC. We visited September 2014.
