I would book with Kaypi tours any time I was in South America. From the start Franco returned every email within 1 business day. I think I emailed him at least 20 times with questions and never did he seem annoyed or like I was a bother. He answered happily with every concern, When I arrived kaypi tours was waiting for me and took me to my very nice hotel. From Lima I went to cusco and met our tour guide Renso. He is by far the most amazing tour guide I have ever had the pleasure of getting to know. By the end it felt like we were family. He was so sick the last day we went to macchu picchu. He had food poisoning and kaypi had sent another guide. While we were headed up there here comes Renso because it was so important to him that he was able to tell us about his history and culture. This isn't just a job for renso. This is his passion and the same with everyone else that I came across from Kaypi Tours. Our tour guide on the island Royer, our boat driver, our bus driver everyone went above and beyond for us. If you're looking for the right company to book through you have found it.
