Professionally run, excellent location, plenty of equipment, friendly and supportive staff. We love working out at MiGym; the equipment is well spaced, no feeling of being crowded and there is always help around if we need it. After the work out what better than to sit down with a really great coffee, made on the premises. Definitely the best outfit in town!

Absolutely love MiGym. I have been a member for about three years, the staff are friendly and the facilities are fantastic. I recently brought a friend who had a lot of anxiety over joining a gym but the staff have all been amazingly supportive and inclusive. Awesome!

My daughter swims competitively and she needed some dryland training to supplement the time she spends in the pool. I was really impressed by the time and effort that Trevor spent with me explaining his approach. My daughter has been training for a few months now and has made some real improvements. The MiGym staff are not only qualified but they are also know about sport and training. We now have a family membership. What a great place to train and chill out.

Trevor + Rachel have done an awesome job - buying an existing gym and turning it into their own.
Well done, guys - creating a place where the 'not-quite-in-shape' can do it just as well as the fit guys - and feel just as good about it!

Best gym ever! Friendly, fun, supportive, it's like a big family! I encourage my 'gym-shy' friends to come here as some gyms can feel a bit daunting for newbies, but MiGym makes everyone feel welcome. Perfect location too.
