My wife and I ordered two pizza's. Her first pizza was served wrong, the second served pizza was right but had additional ingredients that shouldn't be there and the third pizza was ok. We got it for free, as a compensation for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I already finished eating my pizza. My pizza was edible, but came with complementary bacon bits I didn't ask for, was slightly burnt and the topping were just dumped on it. I literally had stacks of two/three slices of salami, the cook didn't bother to evenly distribute about the pizza. So the centre of my pizza was very meaty, while the edge was just cheese.
Normally we really like eating at Happy Italy for their prices, speedy service and reasonable quality. Lately, it seems to be hit and miss in Tilburg and Eindhoven with the quality. So we'll wait a few weeks before trying again.

Happy Italy, at first sight seems to do everything right, they have a great price quality ratio in food and beverages, a trendy atmosphere.
But their toilets STINK and always looks like a tornado passed by. Sometimes I wonder if I better not go to the toilet as I feel I come out of there dirtier than I entered. I wonder how they pass the health inspection?
Furthermore, it is not conceivable in today's world that you throw kilos of good food to the trash. This comes from the fact that my pizza was not completely cooked, so I asked the waiter to give it some more minutes in the oven, and to my surprise she said it's not possible as it's their policy to cook a new one, and throw the "rejected" to the trash. This is not an isolated incident as after this happened I am more aware that this occurs over and over again in the tables around me.
I would give it three stars if it wouldn't be for the food waste and the toilet issues.

Kind staff, affordable prices for students, delicious Italian food and you get to take what you can't eat home with you! A must got to eat place for any student! Or just a cheep night out!

Slow service. Had to wait long for getting someone to help us when it was very quit.
Had a Tuna pizza. Pizza came without cheese. Very soggy and very inconsistent dough. Uneven divided toppings. Big chunks of Tuna and very thick slices of Paprika and whole olives. Who puts whole olives on pizzas? Couldn't cut the pizza with the knife on the plate. Pizza was bigger then the plate and was touching the table.
Very bad pizza and wouldn't go there again for anything else.
