Beautiful restaurant with great food and really nice views. There is also a observatory above it.

Took them 20 minutes just to take our order. After an hour, I've asked the waiter where our food was - he said 'kitchen is a bit busy'. That's where we stood up and left after wasting an hour with empty stomach.
All the while, staff was doing plenty of giggling on the side, while other customers asking about the whereabouts of their food.
I'd rather eat stale bread on the sidewalk than go back here ever.

Great, cosy place!
Definitely worth a visit, whether you wanna read a book, work, or just have coffee with a friend.
