Beautiful hotel the design is CRAZY but service on arrival is not 5 stars had to carry my own bags sorry not good enough. Gym is state of the act my budget room was just OK nothing special I have seen better the bed was super soft and excellent.. There was no tea spoons provided for 2 days and am British not happy with that and also when an event was booked for over 450dr the reception had no idea what I booked for and we're asking me to describe what she looked like 😂 really. The wi-fi for a 5star is very very poor 2G would have been better. Breakfast was excellent and bar staff were excellent but reception was poor service very poor a plus not far from airport but the staff can do better.

Very Clean and Cozy place, people are friendly, clean rooms.
The Pool is amazing and very Big. The food is tasty!

Nadine in bar/ pool service was consistently fantastic during our 7 day stay. If there is a company recognition award then she should be nominated. Nothing was a trouble to her.

Exquisite as expected with that cost. Slight technical issues like the Safe stopped working several times in two days, and the key card gaff to be checked at reception every night because it wouldn't work too.
My colleagues allay had the same problems.

Very nice hotel and amazing layout.
Food the pool the bar the sheesha all really well done.
The only issue I had was with service and response from front desk. They would never pick up phone
