A very nice and chilled place. They have a nice array of different choices if you are not into coffee, such as milkshakes and fruit juices. If you are someone who is planning to come here to use their laptop and chill, this place does not have power outlets for you. If you smoke however, there are outdoor seats for this cafe.

Seed and bean in f&n business park, more than just a cafe.
Very comfort setup, matching color code and theme. But they put sugar and creamer in a plastic cup... Foreigner staff even the barista, but its very friendly. Once order and seated, the staff will serve you the sky juice and bring you your order once prepare.
I order latte, there an ongoing buy 1 free 1 promo, they even allow you to enjoy your free cup later or take away. Coffee blend is comparable to illy, or better.
Price is good, even without the buy 1 free 1 there are many bargain sets to offer. They do offer decent meal sets.
I can see my self as a regular to this cafe.
