HORRIBLE - DO NOT BUY!
1) Groupon voucher says delivery within 7-10 days, when you call they say 21 days. I had to pay and additional RM 80 for delivery within 4 days because the 21 day TAT was too long
2) I CALLED them to confirm that the cover will have a title (I even made Jason read the title out to me). The book arrived WITHOUT a title and the lady who answered my call when I called to see if they could rectify it said "Sorry hardcovers with linen cannot have titles". Jason was otherwise "engaged".
3) They only recently moved to a new website (after my book was delivered). On the old website photos show hardcover books with linen have BLACK inner pages - and i mentioned this during my initial call with Jason. Surprise surprise the book came with white inner pages.

Bought a deal on Groupon, said delivery is within 7-10 days of redemption. Turns out PhotobookMart could not deliver as promised. Misleading terms & conditions, and lousy customer service that would not rectify the issue. This is very upsetting as it was a planned surprised. No one entertain the issue, and nothing was being rectify on time. How can this be as a deal in Groupon as many says its a trusable website?!
