A little hard to find. My taxi driver had a difficult time with the address and took me to the wrong address, but it's worth the effort. There's no sign on the building. It looks like it's in the Danish Embassy, but it's on the first floor with a very small sign and almost hidden door. It's like a secret.

Located smack right in the middle of Seoul. Nice little walk-in humidor full of Cuban cigars and a bar. The price ain't very friendly though.
