Fantastic little stand up bar and bottle shop. Amazing prices and foreigner friendly staff where you can try generous helpings of sake and beer for a few hundred yen. Small prepared snacks for 120y each.

Can't beat those prices! The Nagano prefecture beer and sake selection is phenomenal, featuring many of the best breweries from the region such as OH!LA!HO! and Shiga Kogen. The snacks are also excellently priced.
The location is a little tricky -- above the Asakusa line, west of JR Shimbashi. It's inside a sort of semi mall accessible from the street on all sides; if you see the Kent House, that's the correct building. Head to the right and use the blank entrance, then turn left and you're there.

Great little beer/sake bar. Very reasonably priced and nice selection. The man running the bar is very friendly and knowledgeable. He speaks decent English and is very welcoming. Highly recommended!
