館別に色んな店があります。一般客お断りの卸店もあるので注意。地下鉄直結(9号館)
地下2階はレストラン階ですが館が繋がっているのは地下一階。地上では館の間は外に出て信号を渡るので車イスでの利用はエレベーターを使用されて地下一階を通る用にすれば平坦です。一階にはATMが１台設置されています。

If you're looking for bargains this is the place to go. Most stores are wholesale I think, thus it doesn't look as fancy as in a regular store but the products are the same quality. A very cheap recycled kimono shop is on building 4 (if I remember correctly)

This is a place where shops keep on changing. If you happen to stay nearby and love shopping just keep exploring different floors and some of the items you are looking for might suddenly appear so cheap.
