Wonderful services! Staffs here were all very nice, treated us like friends. Morning buffet was so great and fresh. Would like to come here again!

Great hotel!! Amazing hotel, spacious rooms with super comfortable beds. Location is good, the subway station is on the basement of the building and is next to a big area of shops and restaurants. Their Italian restaurant is fantastic. The service is very nice. Highly recommended!

Superb! The best hotel i've stayed so far! The location, the room, the staff and the service, everything is excellent.
The concierge isn't on the ground floor, so you have to take the elevator up to the 11th floor to check in. The staff is very attentive and helpful, and they all speak English very well.
We were staying on the 21st floor for 3 nights. The view from the room is just splendid, and the view of Osaka from up here can never bore me.
The hotel located right across Hommachi station, which is connected to most attractions, we can get around pretty easily.

Beautiful hotel, large rooms, and great location. The service at the hotel is splendid, with the staff going out of their way to make guests feel welcome.

This is an outstanding hotel!! Centrally located, lavishly appointed with excellent staff. The service was impeccable, always friendly and almost everyone spoke English quite well. The butler service was amazing and nothing was too much for the staff. The room was spacious and well appointed. After a recent visit at the Hilton Tokyo, in a tower suite (twice the price) this room and experience was light years beyond what the Hilton offered. The St. Regis and its staff made this stay memorable and we can't wait to come back!!
