Extremely overpriced. Poor quality food and service. Good location is the only thing positive about this place.

Expensive. Food tastes "ok". This is a small dish restaurant so you need 2-3 dishes. Price is around 1000yen per dish and drink, 500yen entrance fee + 700yen for sitting outside, +10% service charge and 8% tax on top of that. Then add very slow and unattentive staff. Not recommended, you can get a much better experience at other places.
