Let’s be clear, this is a teppanyaki restaurant for tourists. The Kobe been quality is “ok”, the prices are relatively cheap. We’ve had much better on our Japan trip at a similar price point.
Our chef mixed up our steak, but not our sides, and we ended up with medium rather than rare.
When we pointed it out, we were told we were wrong, despite half the meal going to the right people, and the other half not.
After strong negotiation with the manager, we managed to get 10% off for the inconvenience.

LUNCH WARNING: BE HERE FOR EXACTLY WHEN THEY OPEN (or earlier), THE LINE CAN GET OUT OF HAND QUICKLY (otherwise come around 1:15-1:30, the line will breeze by). I can finally understand the hype behind Kobe beef, and why tourists (and locals) chose to go to Steakland. It's lunch menu is extremely affordable. (¥3180+ tax) Just a heads up, there isn't really room for backpacks, and the floor is rather greasy.

Had high expectations, and then ended with disappointment. It's the third teppanyaki restaurant I've tried this week, and it's the one that's disappointed me the most.
Ordered the fillet steak, I was told that it is tender and still with some fat, while the loin steak is really fatty. When it arrived, it got no marbling at all... it's like the red meat "赤身" of the beef.
There's no beef taste to the meat at all. Yes it is tender, but it's not what's expected of Kobe beef.
I will not recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for the Kobe beef taste and texture.

Good steak. I recommend making a reservation beforehand because the line was so long and the waiting corridor was extremely crowded(We had to wait for an hour)

Great place to eat good stake, you get veggies and a tapanyaki show.
