A quick tour of the chocolate production room, allowed tasting of Chocolate at various stages of production.
The tour concluded with tasting and purchase of variety of chocolate products ranging from Milk, white and Dark chocolate with percent of cocoa from 60% to 84.3%.
This was followed by very reasonably priced (10-30.000 Rp ) , delicious light snacks made from the in house produced chocolate, including
CAU Chocolate ice cream, Chocolate pudding,
Nasi Goring chocolate, Bubur sum sum - rice flour porridge with chocolate sauce and of course Hot chocolate.
Well worth stopping for a visit.
