Not happy. Order arrived in bits n parts after 11/2 hour. Half the food was cold. There were only two groups. The staff was inefficient in catering to us.

Place was not clean at all. We can prefer a normal coffee shop rather than this

Ambiance Not as cozy as other some of the CCDs. But decent enough for chilling. Should add more to the eatables and should raise food quality across all CCDs. The food items usually aren't fresh in any of the outlets.

The experience was bad initially , Had ordered 3 Jamun Slush, asked to replace same with Sugarcane juice which priced same.Weird the lady at the counter told that it can't be changed.Further it was the worst thing I took as Summer cooler. Finally when none of us can't take it after 2 sips , complained about same.This time the lady was kind to replace with almond frappe which was really cool stuff.Thanks for the good gesture.
