Sandies has been providing good services few years back but now really getting worst. They are using 10 years old Tavera cabs which are not properly maintained. Drivers quality also getting poor. Overall service level has been goan down and it is no longer reliable.

Horrible service, old rusty and risky cars. Drivers are very unprofessional so is the management.
We hired the entire car for ourselves to travel from Mumbai to Pune, in 3 hours journey driver took 30 mins brake on shady expressway mall.
Refused to keep the car on and AC and left us baking in hot sun.
The cars are rusty old Chevelet Tavera horribly smelly and pathetically maintained.
Please hire orix, travel time but never this cheat Sandis Travel

one of the worst service in pune, as travel agent from mysore we opted tempo traveller from sandis travel but they have provided worst vehical , and Mr anupam manager do only arguments nothing else he knows , and something goes beyond guest may drop on the the midway on the road please beware from this company

Worst service. The people in the office are very rude and doesn't understand the customer service aspect.
Originally this was popular because of airport travel but now popularity has made these people rude.

I just got off on phone with this lady! pathetic customer service, I had my father's flight delayed hence wanted to change or cancel booked shared cab but I was told there was no space available on next shared cab and they wouldn't even give any refund. I already told them 12 hours prior to flight arrival still they consider it as no show thts just inconsiderate!
