Very calm and beautiful to hang out on a Sunday morning. What’s missing is information about the history of the ruins there. ASI would do very well to put up plaques here.

Good place to have a stroll...but would suggest to have a company as it's not safe to roam alone there..

Avoid going here after 8am and 6pm - unsafe. Even the Delhi police and the local guards over there say so. It's lawns are distastefully planned. Tennis courts are no longer open to use. Fountain doesn't work. ISBT draws crowds that, at times, can be found openly deficating in the garden and indulging in various unlawful activities. Monuments are poorly restored and are hardly maintained. Delhi Metro has eaten into a significant part of the land and is running behind its development schedule with it. On the whole, this place is a disgrace.
