TOTALY WORST SERVICE IN SHAWAR NISSAN SERVICE CENTER in jaymahal extn.. Worst service in service center brake my mirror i should ask service manager she is telling i con't replace that parts totaly worst service

Everything seems well and organized when you are a new customer. Eventually they start showing their real capability.
Many instances like, the Customer Relationship Manager hardly listens to your concerns. The last time we called, she just passed over the phone to a fellow worker as she couldn’t answer the query. Quite recently they have revamped/upgraded their data base, due to which we get unwanted calls for someone else’s vehicle. Once we even got a bill for our car in a different owner’s name on it!!
Another instance where the appointment was taken for a part replacement and once we reach the service station we were told that the stock was not available.
Overall, the service station can be run in a much better customer friendly manner.
