Very untidy complex and also no arrangement for parking. The building structure is also quite old and require renovation on large scale.

The complex although located in one of the premium areas of Ahmedabad - Paldi, has now lost its glory and requires renovation on large basis. The complex is half occupied by various doctors, rest 30 percent by medical stores and rest by haphazard shops.

It's a very old commercial complex and has many different kinds if shops with a majority of being doctor clinics. Parking management is also not good and general cleanliness is also missing.

All types of shops with lots of clinics. The only kind of it's place in Ahmedabad city. MGM shop here is famous for all types of hosiery items with amazing styles and value for money. Must visit.
