The housekeepers are amazing! They always left the room sparkly clean! Cleanliness is very important to me and they did an extraordinary job.

I did recently stay at the Hotel. To sum up, very friendly and smart personnel, nice pool and the Hotel is very well-kept. I am sure at my next visit in Chania, I will stay again at the Kriti Hotel.

The hotel is brand new and very clean. Beautiful and cozy lobby. The buffet breakfast had a great selection of both hot and cold dish and also lovely fresh bread and local cookies.
Only 4 stars because the room was very small. It was near impossible to walk between the bed and desk. It was about 15 minutes' walk to the town area. It is quiet and convenient enough.
